خوردن ژلوفن چه بلايي سر شما مي آورد؟

یک پزشک داروساز گفت :

مردم به به عوارض مصرف خودسرانه ژلوفن توجهی ندارند.

دكتر علی حشتمی در گفت وگو با خبرنگار خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران(ایسنا)،منطقه خراسان، در خصوص داروی ژلوفن اظهارکرد : این دارو از داروهایی است كه به صورت خودسرانه در بین مردم جا افتاده است كه افراد به صورت مسكن برای هر   نوع دردی استفاده می كنند اما به عوارض آن توجهی ندارند.

وی با بیان اینكه این دارو به صورت كپسول نرم تهیه شده و اثر آن از پروفن سریع تر است، افزود: در واقع ژلوفن همان پروفن است كه به صورت كپسول نرم   تبدیل شده است تا اثر سریع تری داشته باشد.

این پزشک داروساز ادامه داد : این دارو جزو داروهای ضد التهاب غیراستروئیدی است كه در طبقه بندی درمانی ضد التهاب، ضد تب و ضد درد غیرمخدر قرار می گیرد و در حاملگی جزء گروه B است یعنی بی ضرر برای جنین است اما اگر در ۳ ماهه سوم حاملگی استفاده شود جزء گروه D قرار می گیرد كه نباید استفاده شود. این دارو به صورت كپسول های ۲۰۰ و ۴۰۰ میلی گرمی در بازار موجود است.

حشمتی خاطرنشان كرد : استفاده این دارو در امراضی چون آرتریت، نقرس، درد بعد از كشیدن دندان و درد قاعدگی استفاده می شود و دوره آن در بالغین از ۲۰۰ میلی گرم تا ۸۰۰ میلی گرم، روزی ۳ یا ۴ بار است.

وی در ادامه گفت : مكانیسم اثر آن (ضد درد، ضد تب، ضد التهاب) كاملا معلوم نیست ولی احتمالا از طریق مهار سنتز پروستاگلاندین ها كه در سیكل درد و تب دخالت دارد، باعث می شود.

دكتر حشمتی تصریح کرد : نیمه عمردارو ۲تا ۴ ساعت و اوج اثر آن ۱تا۲ ساعت است و مدت اثر نیز ۴ تا۶ ساعت است؛ دفع دارو به صورت ادرار است و مقدار كمی از راه صفرا نیز دفع می شود. كسانی كه سابقه بیماری های دستگاه گوارشی، كبد، كلیه و اختلال كار قلب و اختلالات انعقادی دارند باید این دارو را با احتیاط و زیر نظر پزشك استفاده كنند.

وی با بیان اینكه تداخلات این دارو با داروهای دیگر مانند داروهای ضد انعقادی خوراكی، خطر خونریزی را زیاد می كند، افزود : این دارو با داروهای ضد فشار خون هم تداخل دارد واثر آنها را كاهش می دهد. همچنین با داروهای كاهش دهنده قند خون این دارو تداخل دارد و اثر آن را افزایش می یابد.

این پزشک داروساز ادامه داد : از اثرات ناخواسته و عوارض جانبی این دارو می توان به سردرد، خواب آلودگی، كاهش فشار خون، تپش قلب، خارش، تهوع، استفراغ، خونریزی گوارشی، بی اشتهایی، اسهال، ادم، تشنگی و برونكواسپاسم(ادم راه هوایی) اشاره كرد.

وی تصریح كرد : دارو بهتر است با معده خالی استفاده شود، ولی چون عوارضی گوارشی دارد، بعد غذا استفاده می شود. دارو باید با یك لیوان پر از آب استفاده شود و بعد استفاده اگر فرد تاچند دقیقه دراز نكشد، بهتر است.

حشتمی خاطرنشان كرد : نباید بیش از ۱۰ روز جهت تسكین درد و بیش از سه روز جهت كنترل تب از آن استفاده كرد و باید در صورت برطرف نشدن علائم بیماری به پزشك مراجعه كرد.

Top layer of the Altitude Winter features a fleece lined face protector which is attached to the interior top portion of the bag where it would come in contact with your chin when bag is zipped up. The face protector is sewn to the bag at the bottom of the face opening (where models hand is) while the bottom half is attached to the top half of the interior bag with two toggle and loop connectors (yellow arrows). Removing the soft rubber toggles from the loops allows the fleece lined face protector to flap out of the bag to the face opening thereby providing protection against cold wind. Twist lock design allows infinite tightening keeping the pole from changing length

This can be attributed to the thoughtful Italian Design found throughout the poles including the twist lock mechanism that is made from a special plastic fitting that tightens down over a cone shaped fitting pressed into the pole section. This twist lock design allows infinite tightening and little room for failure. Gabel anodizes the individual pole sections inside and out to reduce the possibility of corrosion/ oxidation which over time impedes the smooth movement of the inner sections, the Gabel X-Landers show no sign of oxidization on the inner sections. I discovered the effects of oxidation on a set of lever lock poles, after I did not store them fully extended to allow the moisture to evaporate, something we have a lot of in the Northwest. To get the oxidized poles open it took holding them in a vice and reefing on them

 

 

Combination of foam handles and nylon strap provide a comfortable grip

The handles are comfortable featuring a sculptured EVA foam grip that provides just the right amount of friction and breathability even when your hands are sweaty. The top of the grip is hard plastic and houses a nylon strap that is fully adjustable, even on the fly. The nylon strap is lined with a comfortable neoprene material to prevent chafing when they are adjusted tight against your hands. The outside of the strap has a reflective logo that makes them easy to find with your headlamp on early alpine starts

 

 

Two different style of baskets come with the poles

At the business end is a surprisingly durable point tipped with a very hard carbonized metal. We have stuffed these tips between rocks on trails, talus fields and in dirt for over 200 miles of walking and they show little wear. Included with the poles are two sets of baskets, one set for summer trekking and one for use on the snow. The baskets screw on about 3 inches up from the tip and seat on to a shoulder that has a notch that keeps the basket from unscrewing

معرفت روباهی که از شرم دوستانش سکته کرد

    نامش اصغر درخشان است، هفت سالی می‌شود که می‌شناسمش. نخستین بار در ارتفاعات بالادست تنگ زندان واقع در شمال منطقه حفاظت شده سبزکوه دیدمش … او یکی از محیط‌بان‌های پاسگاه چهارتاق در جنب ناغان بود؛ محیط‌بانی که افتخار می‌کند به رسالتی که برعهده گرفته است …
چندی پیش دوباره او را دیدم، اینبار در کنار زاینده رود و در نزدیکی‌های منطقه حفاظت شده شیدا …
برایم داستانی را تعریف کرد که تکانم داد و اشک از چشمانم جاری ساخت … قرار است یک گروه فیلمساز، ماجرایی را که او دیده است، تبدیل به یک فیلم کند … اما تا آن زمان، فکر می‌کنم کمترین قدردانی از او و از روح بلند آن روباه شیدا، آن است که شما خوبان روزگار و مخاطبان عزیز دل‌نوشته‌هایم را هم از آن آگاه کنم.
خواهشم این است که شما هم پس از خواندن این داستان، آن را با دوستانی که بیشتر دوست‌شان دارید، به اشتراک نهید تا ایرانیان بیشتری بدانند که یک حیوان، یک روباه هم ممکن است چنان در برابر هم‌نوعانش شرمنده و خجالت‌زده و شرمسار شود که نتواند به زندگی برگردد و تمام کند …

    اصغر می‌گوید: روزی که مشغول گشت زنی در منطقه حفاظت شده شیدا بوده است، متوجه انباشت مقداری لاشه مرغ می‌شود که احتمالاً از طریق مرغداری‌های محل و پنهانی در آن ناحیه تخلیه شده بودند. وی می‌گوید: در همان لحظه که می‌خواستم به سمت لاشه‌ها حرکت کنم، دیدم یک روباه به سرعت به سمت آنها رفته و می‌کوشد تا لاشه‌ها را استتار کند و سپس از منطقه دور می‌شود … اصغر هم بلافاصله خود را به محل استتار رسانده و جای مرغ‌ها را عوض می‌کند …
از او می‌پرسم: چرا این کار را کردی؟ می‌گوید: می‌خواستم ببینم آیا واقعاً آنقدر که می‌گویند: روباه‌ها باهوش هستند، درست است یا خیر؟
خلاصه اصغر گوشه‌ای کمین می‌کند تا روباه دوباره برگردد … منتها اینبار با کمال تعجب، در‌می‌یابد که روباه قصه‌ی ما تنها نیست و با خود چند روباه دیگر را هم آورده است. آنها اما هر چه می‌گردند، لاشه مرغ‌ها را نمی‌یابند … تا سرانجام، همه‌ی روباه‌ها خسته شده و به دور روباه اصلی، حلقه می‌زنند …
اصغر می‌گوید: آنچه که داشتم می‌دیدم، برایم باورکردنی نبود و اگر با چشم خودم نمی‌دیدم، امکان نداشت که قبول کنم … زیرا روباهی که در مرکز حلقه ایستاده بود، نخست به تک تک روباه‌ها نگاه کرد و آنگاه، ناگهان مانند یک لاشه بر زمین افتاد و بی‌حرکت ماند …
اصغر خود را بلافاصله به محل رساند که سبب شد تا دیگر روباه‌ها منطقه را ترک کنند … اما به این نتیجه رسید که حقیقتاً انگار روباه مرده است! او حتا به سرعت دامپزشک منطقه، آقای دکتر تراکنه را هم خبر کرد؛ اما او نیز نتوانست کاری بکند … زیرا واقعاً روباه مرده بود …     حیرت‌انگیزتر آن که پس از معاینه و کالبدشکافی لاشه حیوان، معلوم شد که روباه قصه ما در اثر ایست قلبی، جانش را از دست داده است!

    آری … روباه‌ها هم ممکن است چنان در پیشگاه رفقای خود، احساس شرمساری و خجالت کنند که توان از دست داده و سکته کنند.
روباه شیدا، بی شک روباه بامرامی بود که دلش نمی‌خواست به تنهایی آن همه غذا را بخورد و برای همین رفقایش را خبر کرد … و بی‌شک، من اگر جای اصغر بودم، آن آزار را روا نمی‌داشتم و می‌گذاشتم تا آنها از آن غذا بی هیچ ترسی نوش جان کنند … اما عملکرد اصغر سبب شد تا دریچه‌ای دیگر به سوی جهان حیوانات گشوده شود و ما دریابیم که چه قوانین و سلوکی در بین آنها جاری است …
روباه‌ها، انگار جوانمردی و رفاقت و مرام و شرمندگی را خوب می‌فهمند؛ باید به آنها احترام نهاد و این جوانمردانه نیست تا عده‌‌ای سنگدل به نام شکارچی، این حیوانات محترم را نامحترمانه آزار رسانند و یا حتا هدف گلوله مرگبار خود قرار دهند.

بازخوانی دو حادثه

از دیرباز، موضوع حادثه در کوهستان ذهن مرا کم و بیش مشغول داشته است؛ حادثه با ماجراجویی پیوندی ناگسستنی دارد و کوه نوردی بدون ماجراجویی، دست کم برای آنان که خیلی جدی به کوه می روند، لطفی ندارد! آن چه که به صورت تجربی و چهره به چهره از دیگران در کوهستان یاد گرفته ایم، به اضافه ی دوره های گوناگون کارآموزی و مربی گری و امداد و نجات، و همچنین مطالعه هایی که داشته ایم، فقط کمک می کنند که "تا حدودی" از خطر دور شویم و یا ساده تر بگویم خیلی مفت گرفتار حادثه و آسیب نشویم. اما، هیچ کدام از این آموزه ها نمی تواند حادثه را به کلی دور کند! از سال 1389 در چند تایی از همایش ها و کارگاه های شهرداری منطقه ی یک تهران، در ارتباط با برنامه ی این منطقه برای پیوستن به "شبکه ی جهانی جوامع ایمن" شرکت داشته ام. هدف این شبکه که وابسته به سازمان بهداشت جهانی است، «پیشگیری از آسیب ها و کاهش بروز حوادث، مرگ ها و ناتوانی های ناشی از آن، و ارتقای ایمنی شهروندان و شهر است»(1). مطابق تعریف های این شبکه، «گروه های پرخطر» یعنی گروه هایی از جامعه که بیشتر در معرض خطر و آسیب هستند، «می تواند شامل این موارد باشد: افراد فقیر، گروه های کم درآمد، گروه های اقلیت، افراد مسن، کودکان، زنان، افراد مبتلا به بیماری های روانی، افراد در محل های ورزشی و تفریحی، [...]»(2). بدین ترتیب، مطابق تعریف، ورزش و تفریح ذاتا در بر گیرنده ی خطر هست، چه رسد به آن که در مکان های دور از دسترس و در شرایط پیش بینی ناپذیر (مانند کوهستان) هم انجام شود.
خطرناک بودن نسبی کوه نوردی جدی، هیجان خواهی کوه نوردان، و ضرورت شناخت این موضوع ها و کنار آمدن با آن ها (در کنار پذیرش لزوم فراگیری فن های کوه نوردی و خطرگریزی و امداد)، از نکته هایی بوده است که من به تبعیت از بزرگان کوه نوردی، بارها به آن ها اشاره کرده ام. از میان مطالبی که نوشته ام، آن چه که مربوط به دو حادثه ی مرگ محمد اوراز (گاشربروم یک، تابستان 1382) و مرگ سامان نعمتی (نانگاپاربات، تابستان 1387) بوده است – شاید به دلیل حاشیه های این دو ماجرا- بیشتر مورد توجه و نقد قرار گرفته است. بعضی ها، گفته اند که مطالب این دو نوشته متناقض بوده اند و برای مثال، در اولی به دنبال مقصر گشته ام و در دومی کوشیده ام که حادثه را طبیعی یا نتیجه ی "نافرمانی" خود حادثه دیده از دستورهای سرپرست قلمداد کنم. گذشته از این که معتقدم پی گرفتن هر یک از این دو خط، به خودی خود اشکالی ندارد و این حق یک نویسنده یا منتقد است که در هر ماجرای مفروض، هدف مورد نظرش را دستمایه قرار دهد، اما با بازخوانی دو نوشتار اصلی مربوط به ماجراهای یاد شده، تناقضی در مبحث های طرح شده در آن ها نیافتم. اینک در نظر دارم به باز انتشار آن دو نوشته بپردازم تا کسانی که به آن نوشته ها دسترسی نداشته یا جزییات آن ها را از یاد برده اند، به داوری و اظهار نظر بپردازند. اینک، مقاله ای که با نظر به حادثه ی نانگاپاربات نوشته بودم :

چرا به كوه مي رويم؟

از همنوردان ،مربیان،پیشکسوتان،سرپرستان،صاحبان قلم در امور کوهنوردی و تمامی افرادی که به نوعی با کوه و کوهستان در ارتباط هستند خواهش میکنم در این مورد به سوال مطرح شده جواب بدهند .

تغذیه در کوهستان

مقدمه:
به نظر من کیفیت اجرای یک برنامه کوهنوردی به 4 عامل اصلی مربوط می شود:

 آمادگی جسمانی ، تجهیزات ، مهارت و تغذیه.

 شاید بسیاری عوامل دیگر را نیز بتوان در کنار آنها قرار داد اما چیزی که در این 4 عامل برجسته است دو خصوصیت ویژه آنهاست. اول اینکه این 4 عامل نقش بسیار بزرگ و غیر قابل انکاری دارند و دوم اینکه تمامی آنها مواردی هستند که خود کوهنورد مسئول آن است و در هر برنامه ای باید بتواند آنها را به بهترین شکل فراهم کند. در این مطلب به چهارمین عامل نگاهی می کنیم با ذکر این نکته که هر 4 عامل به نظر خود من دارای اولیت های یکسانی هستند و ترتیبی به لحاظ اهمیت برای آنها قایل نیستم.

بازیابی توان جسمی چیست؟

بازیابی توان جسمی به معنای جایگزین کردن سوخت مصرف شده و پر کردن ذخیره های گلیکوژن در عضلات و همچنین ترمیم بافتهای تحلیل رفته عضلانی است. با انجام دادن این اقدامات خیلی سریع تر احساس خوبی می کنیم و برای اجرای برنامه بعدی احساس بهتری خواهیم داشت.

روشهای روشن کردن آتش

آتش زنه
براي درست کردن آتش بدون کبريت ابتدا بايد مقداري آتش زنه بسيار خشک تهيه نمود و آنها را از باد و رطوبت محافظت کرد.

انواع آتش زنه:
پوست درختان، مانند درخت کاج که اگر چوب آن خيس هم باشد باز آتش ميگيرد، قسمت داخل درختان پوسيده، الياف لباس، طناب يا ريسمان نخي، برگ خشک درخت نخل، خاک اره خشک، تراشه هاي خشک پوست درختان، خاکه چوبي که معمولاً توسط حشرات در زير تنه درختان مرده انباشته ميشود، الياف لانه پرندگان، قارچهاي خودروي روي تنه درختان، الياف پشم مانند درخت بيد خشک. ميتوان اين آتش زنه ها را به بنزين، گازوئيل و يا الکل موجود در حشره کشها آغشته نمود. براي استفاده کردن از آنها، آتش زنه ها را در دستهاي خود خرد کنيد به شکل قطعات بسيار ريز درآوريد تا سطوحي که توسط جرقه ها مي بايست حرارت داده شوند تا آتش روشن شود، به حداقل برسد. براي حفظ اين آتش زنه ها براي مصارف بعدي آنها را در محفظه هاي ضد آب نگهداري کنيد.
